Strickland immediately took action, striding out of his front door and he confronted the man in his driveway, pointing a gun at him.

The next clip then shows the man leaving Strickland’s property, but the UFC fighter follows him and pushes him to the ground in the street.

One X user took sympathy with the man in the video commenting: “I legitimately feel the guy was just drunk and stumbled into the wrong driveway.”

But, Strickland replied, explaining the situation, as he said: “The guy was beating up a girl and fled drunk from security.

“Wrecked his car, drove on the rim till it couldn’t drive and took off on foot hiding at my house.

“Had to turn himself into police in the morning.”

This caps off an eventful year for Strickland who bounced back from two consecutive losses in 2022 to go unbeaten in 2023.

He has won all three of his bouts this year, culminating in a title shot against Israel Adesanya, which he won by unanimous decision.

And next up, Strickland will defend his title against Dricus Du Plessis in the first UFC pay-per-view of 2024 on January 20 in Toronto, Canada.
